The completely renovated APARTMENT is located on the second floor (with elevator) of a small building in the heart of Modena, very easy to reach from the train station or by car.

It has large windows that make the rooms airy and bright and offer a wonderful view of Corso Canalchiaro, one of the most prestigious streets in the city.

ENTRY is completely self-service thanks to online self-check-in. A smartphone and internet connection are required.

The entire house is equipped with high-quality finishes and the furnishings combine classic elements with a refined, modern atmosphere.

The LIVING ROOM features two wonderful sofa beds (160x190cm) and a huge 85" smart TV, allowing you to relax and recreate a small private cinema.

The KITCHEN is fully equipped: fridge, oven, 4-burner stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, pots and pans, dishes, and all the main kitchen utensils.

The living area leads to the sleeping area, consisting of TWO DOUBLE BEDROOMS and TWO BATHROOMS, while a staircase leads to the downstairs where you will find a fantastic GAMES ROOM, the THIRD BATHROOM and the THIRD BEDROOM.

The rooms are all equipped with a double bed with a memory foam mattress (160x190cm), an open wardrobe to store your personal items and a 50' Smart TV.

All bathrooms have showers. One bathroom is en suite.

We'll provide you with everything you need to travel light: a hairdryer, a set of towels including a bath towel, hand soap, shampoo, and shower gel.
