THE SPACE:

The APARTMENT, completely renovated, is located on the second floor (with elevator) of a condominium in the heart of Modena, very easy to reach from the train station or by car. The street, very central yet quiet, offers silence and a relaxing atmosphere and the furniture combines elements of comfort and style. The ENTRANCE is completely independent thanks to the self check-in and the elevator will leave you exactly in front of the front door. The LIVING AREA consists of a single open space that has a modern kitchen and the living room with a comfortable sofa bed (160x190cm) and a 50" smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a meal at home: fridge, oven, hob with 4 burners, microwave, dishwasher, pots, dishes and all the main kitchen utensils. We have also prepared a coffee corner with a Nespresso coffee machine with pods and a kettle with tea and herbal teas. From the living area you can access the bedroom and the bathroom. The ROOM is equipped with a double bed with a memory foam mattress (160x200cm), a wardrobe to store your personal items and a small relaxation corner. Upon request, we can also prepare a travel cot (60x120) for small children. The BATHROOM, with a modern design, is equipped with a shower cubicle. We will leave you everything you need to travel light: hairdryer, set of towels including shower towel, hand soap, shampoo and shower gel.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES: Washing machine - with detergent capsules -, heating and air conditioning, wifi connection and free parking for the entire duration of the stay. Bed linen and towels, provided by a professional laundry, are included.
