The completely renovated APARTMENT is located on the second floor (with elevator) of a small building overlooking Corso Canalchiaro, in the heart of Modena.

Very easy to reach both from the train station and by car.

ENTRY is completely self-service thanks to online self-check-in. A smartphone and internet connection are required.

The entire house is equipped with high-quality finishes and the furnishings combine classic elements with a refined, modern atmosphere.

The LIVING ROOM is composed of a comfortable sofa bed (160x190cm), a wonderful desk set up as a workstation and a 50" smart TV.

The KITCHEN is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a meal at home: refrigerator, oven, 4-burner stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, pots and pans, dishes, and all the main kitchen utensils.

From the kitchen you access the large BATHROOM with window, where a wonderful bathtub will give you moments of relaxation.

From the living area a staircase leads to the sleeping area, located on the upper floor and consisting of MASTER BEDROOM and SINGLE BEDROOM with EN SUITE BATHROOM.

The master bedroom features a double bed with a memory foam mattress (160x200cm) and storage space for your personal items.

The single room is equipped with a comfortable sofa bed (120x190cm) and has direct access to the EN SUITE BATHROOM.

The bathroom, complete with a spacious shower, features everything you need to travel light: a hairdryer, a set of towels including a bath towel, hand soap, shampoo, and shower gel.
