THE SPACE

The APARTMENT, completely renovated, is located on the second floor (with elevator) of a small building overlooking Corso Canalchiaro, one of the most prestigious streets in the city.
We are in the heart of the center of Modena and it is very easy to reach us both from the train station and by car thanks to the ZTL pass and free parking.

The ENTRANCE is completely independent thanks to the self check-in and the elevator will leave you exactly in front of the front door.
Once inside you will find yourself in the large living area, while a staircase leads to the sleeping area located on the upper floor.
The entire house is equipped with high quality finishes and the furnishings combine classic elements with a refined and modern atmosphere.

The LIVING ROOM is composed of a comfortable sofa bed (160x190cm), a wonderful desk set up as a workstation and a 50" smart TV with Netflix subscription included that will allow you to relax in a unique, airy and pleasant environment.

The KITCHEN, very modern, is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a meal at home: fridge, oven, hob with 4 burners, microwave, dishwasher, blender, pots, pans, dishes and all the main kitchen utensils.
We have also prepared a coffee corner with a Nespresso coffee machine with pods and a kettle with tea and herbal teas.

From the kitchen you access the large BATHROOM, with windows and a modern design, where a wonderful bathtub will give you moments of relaxation.

From the living area a staircase leads to the sleeping area, located upstairs and consisting of a MASTER BEDROOM and SINGLE BEDROOM with EN SUITE BATHROOM.
The master bedroom features a double bed with memory foam mattress (160x200cm) and storage space for your personal items.
Upon request, we can also prepare a travel cot (60x120) for small children.
The single room is equipped with a very comfortable French sofa bed (120x190cm) and has direct access to the EN SUITE BATHROOM.
In the bathroom, complete with a spacious shower box, you will find everything you need to travel light: hairdryer, towel set including shower towel, hand soap, shampoo and shower gel.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES: Washing machine - with detergent capsules -, heating and air conditioning, wifi connection and free parking for the entire duration of your stay.
Bed linen and towels, provided by a professional laundry, are included.
