Completely renovated, the apartment occupies the fifth floor (with elevator) of a historic building in the heart of Modena, convenient for both the train station and car. Large windows provide natural light, and the small balcony in one of the bedrooms offers a sweeping view of the city's rooftops.

Completely self-service online check-in: all you need is a smartphone and an internet connection to get in without waiting.
LIVING ROOM AND KITCHEN
The living room features a large table, a sofa, a vintage armchair, and a 50" smart TV. The kitchen, compact but bright thanks to two large windows, is fully equipped: a two-burner stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, pots and pans, dishes, and utensils.
ROOMS
A corridor leads to the two spacious double bedrooms, both with memory foam beds (160x200 cm), chest of drawers and window with automatic shutters.
One of the two offers a small balcony with a beautiful view of the city rooftops.
BATH
With window, shower and complimentary toiletries: hairdryer, towels, soap, shampoo and shower gel.
SERVICES
Washing machine with detergent capsules included, heating, air conditioning in the living room and in the corridor between the bedrooms (there are NO split units inside the bedrooms), free Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels provided by a professional laundry, free on-street parking (5 minutes' walk from the house).
