THE SPACE

The APARTMENT, completely renovated, is located on the fifth floor (with elevator) of an elegant condominium in the heart of Modena, very easy to reach from the train station or by car thanks to the ZTL pass and free parking.
The top floor offers light and silence and the furniture is designed to combine elements of comfort and style.

The ENTRANCE is completely independent thanks to the self check-in and the elevator will leave you exactly in front of the front door.

The LIVING AREA is made up of a single large open space that includes a modern kitchen and the living room with a comfortable sofa bed (160x190cm) and a 50" smart TV, which will allow you to relax in a unique and pleasant environment.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a meal at home: fridge, oven, 4-burner hob, microwave, dishwasher, pots and pans, dishes and all the main kitchen utensils.
We have also prepared a coffee corner with a Nespresso coffee machine with pods and a kettle with tea and herbal teas.

From the living area you access the bedroom and bathroom.
The ROOM is equipped with a double bed with memory foam mattress (160x200cm), a wardrobe to store your personal items and a chest of drawers.
Upon request, we can also prepare a travel cot (60x120) for small children.

The BATHROOM, with a modern design, is equipped with a shower box. We will leave you everything you need to travel light: hairdryer, towel set including shower towel, hand soap, shampoo and shower gel.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES: Washing machine - with detergent capsules -, heating and air conditioning, wifi connection and free parking for the entire duration of your stay.
