Completely renovated, the apartment occupies the fifth floor (with elevator) of a period building in the heart of Modena's historic center, just steps from the Ghirlandina Tower and the Enzo Ferrari Museum. It's also conveniently located from the train station. The panoramic balcony and large windows offer rooftop views, and every room is filled with fresh air and natural light.

ENTRANCE
Completely self-service online check-in: all you need is a smartphone and an internet connection to get in without waiting.

LIVING AREA
The living room and kitchen form a single large open space, with a mix of vintage elements and contemporary details.
The kitchen is fully equipped: refrigerator, oven, 4-burner stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, pots and pans, dishes and utensils.
The living room features a comfortable sofa with a 50" smart TV and a vintage bookcase set up as a play corner for the little ones.
A small balcony completes the space with a panoramic view.

TWO DOUBLE BEDROOMS
The largest has a double bed (160x200 cm) with a memory foam mattress, a large open wardrobe and space for a child's cot (60x120 cm).
The second, smaller but equally comfortable, has a double bed (140x200 cm) with a memory foam mattress and an open wardrobe.

BATH
With a window, shower stall, and complimentary toiletries included—hairdryer, bath and face towel, and toiletries—for traveling light.
