You will be in Casinalbo, close to the train station, and just 5 minutes by car from Formigine and 15 minutes by car from the centre of Modena.

The rooms are on the fourth floor without a lift, you need to climb some stairs!

Giardini 411 Rooms is a newly designed guest house, located near the Casinalbo train station, on the fourth floor (WITHOUT ELEVATOR) of a historic building. The ENTRANCE is completely independent thanks to self check-in. Both rooms, with private internal bathroom and kitchenette, overlook a common entrance. The room is spacious and comfortable, equipped with a double bed with a memory foam mattress and a Smart TV, a large wardrobe to store clothes and personal items and a kitchenette equipped with 2 burners, microwave and minibar. We have also set up a coffee corner with a CaffItaly coffee machine with coffee and tea pods available free of charge. The windows give brightness and airiness to the room. The bathroom (without a window) is private and inside the room and has a modern design. We will leave everything you need to travel light: hairdryer, set of towels and shower towel, hand soap, shampoo and shower gel. The room is equipped with heating and air conditioning and wifi connection. Bed linen and towels, provided by a professional laundry, are always included. There is convenient free parking a few meters from the house.
