L'ALTALENA SULLA PIAZZA

Completely renovated, the apartment is located in the heart of the historic center, on the first floor of a beautiful condominium complex with a shared courtyard and garden, right above Piazza Matteotti, one of the city's main squares. And it's here, in the living room, that you'll find the swing that gives the house its name: a delight for adults and children alike.

ENTRANCE

Completely self-service online check-in: all you need is a smartphone and an internet connection to get in without waiting. The elevator takes you conveniently to the first floor.

LIVING AREA

Extremely bright and overlooking Piazza Matteotti, the living area is a single large space with a comfortable sofa that converts into a 140x190 cm double bed for the fifth and sixth guests, a smart TV, and of course the swing.

The kitchen is fully equipped: oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, pots and pans, dishes and utensils.

ROOMS AND BATHROOMS

A wide hallway leads to two double bedrooms, both with memory foam beds (160x200 cm): the larger one with a chest of drawers, the smaller one with a large desk. A crib (60x120 cm) is also available.

The two bathrooms, completely new, spacious and with windows, have a shower and complimentary toiletries: hairdryer, towels, bath towel, soap, shampoo and shower gel.
