The name itself says a lot about this house: Circuit House Maranello was born out of a passion for the world of motorsports and for a region that has shaped the history of auto racing.

As soon as you step inside, you’ll notice it right away. Scale models displayed on the walls, paintings, photographs, and one-of-a-kind pieces inspired by the world of Ferrari and auto racing characterize the rooms and turn your stay into a mini-journey through Motor Valley.

The apartment is located just a short distance from Maranello, at Via Marsala 2 in Fiorano Modenese; it is situated on the raised ground floor and is accessible via a single flight of stairs.

The LIVING AREA is a modern and cozy OPEN SPACE, furnished with great attention to detail.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to feel at home even when you’re away from home. An oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, pots, dishes, and all the essential kitchen utensils will allow you to prepare a meal whenever you feel like it.

The living room is designed for moments of relaxation and socializing, featuring a comfortable double sofa bed and a Smart TV with 𝒂𝒃𝒃𝒐𝒏𝒂𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒐 𝑵𝒆𝒕𝒇𝒍𝒊𝒙 𝒊𝒏 𝒄𝒍𝒖𝒔𝒐.

The living area also opens onto a pleasant BALCONY, furnished with a small table and chairs: the perfect spot to start the day with breakfast outdoors or enjoy a moment of tranquility.

The SLEEPING AREA consists of TWO DOUBLE BEDROOMS, both furnished with a double bed, nightstands, and a closet, and designed to offer comfort and space throughout your stay.

Both rooms also feature Smart TVs with a Netflix subscription included, perfect for enjoying a moment of relaxation right in your room.

One of the two rooms also has a convenient desk with a work area, ideal for business travelers who want a dedicated space.

The BATHROOM, completely new and featuring a modern design, is meticulously detailed and fully equipped.

We’ll provide everything you need to travel light: a hair dryer, towels, a shower towel, hand soap, shampoo, and body wash.

The apartment is heated and equipped with 𝒂𝒓𝒊𝒂 𝒄𝒐𝒏𝒅𝒊𝒛𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒂𝒕𝒂, ensuring maximum comfort in every season.

There is also a high-performance 𝒘𝒊𝒇𝒊, perfect for both leisure and work.

Parking is guaranteed thanks to a private garage available to guests. There is also an unassigned communal parking space, available on a first-come, first-served basis.

With two double bedrooms and a sofa bed, Circuit House Maranello can accommodate up to 6 people and is ideal for families, groups of friends, or business trips.

For guests arriving by car, a private garage reserved for guests is available for the duration of their stay.

It is also possible to park within the condominium grounds, using unassigned parking spaces subject to availability.

A taxi service is also available for travel in the area.
