The STUDIO, completely renovated, is located on the first floor (with lift) of an elegant building in the heart of Modena, very easy to reach from the train station or by car.

The ENTRANCE is completely independent thanks to self check-in, and the lift will drop you right in front of the door.

Spacious and comfortable, the studio consists of:

- a first room used as a relaxation area with a single sofa bed, minibar and coffee machine with pods

- a large bedroom with a double bed with memory foam mattress and 55" Smart TV, a wardrobe space for storing clothes and personal items, and a desk.

The bathroom (without window) is private and inside the room and has a modern design. We will leave everything you need to travel light: hairdryer, set of towels and shower towel, hand soap, shampoo and shower gel.

The room is equipped with heating, air conditioning and Wi-Fi.

There is also a washer-dryer with detergent capsules.

Bed linen and towels, provided by a professional laundry service, are always included.

Parking is free for the duration of your stay.

There is no kitchen!

- Entrance is completely autonomous thanks to self check-in. On the day of your arrival you will receive a link that you only have to click to open the door.

- The entire studio and its contents are at your complete disposal.

- Check-in from 16:00.

The flat is located in the historic centre, on a quiet and peaceful street.

All the main attractions and amenities the city has to offer are just a short walk away!

In the immediate vicinity, you will find restaurants, nightspots, breakfast bars, bakeries, grocery stores, shops, and a pharmacy.

The house is located in the historic centre and all the main attractions and services are within easy walking distance.

The nearest car park is 350 metres from the flat.

In a 5minute walk you can reach the bus station from which all city and suburban lines depart.

A 10-minute walk will take you to the train station.

A taxi service is also available.

- Before your arrival YOU WILL BE REQUESTED TO PAY THE TOURIST TAX (3€/pers per night).

- THE HOUSE IS LOCATED WITHIN THE RESTRICTED TRAFFIC AREA.

The parking area (outside the ztl) is about 4/5 minutes' walk away.

If you need to drive all the way to the house (only for loading/unloading) it is possible to register your car for access to the restricted traffic zone at a cost of €5. It is necessary to communicate the car number plate in advance.

Parking is free for the duration of your stay. At home you will find the pass to fill in and display.
