The residence, a private 18th-century castle, is located just a 15-minute drive from Sassuolo and 20 minutes from Maranello, on a ridge with breathtaking views of the Motor Valley hills.

The exceptional natural setting and the wonderful garden surrounding the property create an oasis of silence and tranquility.

The furnishings and internal organization of the spaces, despite the necessary modernizations for modern comforts, have deliberately remained as authentic as possible.

The ENTRANCE, with self check-in, is private and completely independent.

The GROUND FLOOR of the castle was, in ancient times, intended only for service personnel and was not designed to welcome external visitors. For this reason it was a rustic, spartan and functional space and it remains so today.

You'll find a fully equipped KITCHEN with everything you need to prepare a meal at home: refrigerator, oven, 6-burner stove, microwave, dishwasher, pots and pans, dishes, and all the essential kitchen utensils.

We have also prepared a coffee corner with a Nespresso coffee machine with pods and a kettle with tea and herbal teas.

On the same floor you will also find a DINING AREA, a full BATHROOM with shower and a LAUNDRY ROOM with washer-dryer and linen storage.

The FIRST FLOOR is the reception floor, where the family spent most of their time and welcomed guests.

It is the main floor of the residence, richly decorated, frescoed, and with large windows that provide brightness and a wonderful view from every corner.

All the rooms are connected to each other.

Among the various rooms you will find the wonderful and very bright LIVING ROOM, the STUDY, the LIBRARY, the formal DINING ROOM, the DESK, the MASTER BEDROOM and a complete BATHROOM with bathtub.

The SECOND FLOOR, however, is entirely dedicated to the sleeping area, with 3 DOUBLE BEDROOMS, a SINGLE BEDROOM and a small service BATHROOM (only toilet and sink, no shower).

A huge and beautiful garden surrounds the castle on all sides. You can stroll, find perfect spots to relax, practice yoga, read, or simply enjoy the view.

An outdoor table and chairs will allow you to enjoy lunch or an aperitif outdoors while the sun sets over the Motor Valley.
