The residence, a private castle of the 18th century, is located just 15 minutes by car from Sassuolo and 20 minutes from Maranello, on a ridge overlooking the valley. The view is incredible and ranges from the hills to the city.

The exceptional natural context and the wonderful garden in which the property is immersed create an oasis of silence and tranquility.

The furnishings and internal organization of the spaces, despite the necessary modernizations for modern comforts, have deliberately remained as authentic as possible.

The ENTRANCE, with self check-in, is private and completely independent.

The GROUND FLOOR of the castle was, in ancient times, intended only for service personnel and was not designed to accommodate external visitors. For this reason it was a rustic, spartan and functional space and remains so today.

You will find a fully equipped KITCHEN with everything you need to prepare a meal at home: fridge, oven, 6-burner hob, microwave, dishwasher, pots and pans, dishes and all the main kitchen utensils.

We have also prepared a coffee corner with a Nespresso coffee machine with pods and a kettle with tea and herbal teas.

On the same floor you will also find a DINING AREA, a complete BATHROOM with shower and a LAUNDRY ROOM with washer-dryer and linen storage.

The FIRST FLOOR is the reception floor, where the family spent most of their time and welcomed guests.

It is the main floor of the house, richly decorated, frescoed, and with large windows that give brightness and ensure a wonderful view from every corner.

All the rooms are connected to each other.

Among the various rooms you will find the wonderful and very bright LIVING ROOM, the STUDY, the LIBRARY, the representative DINING ROOM, the DESK, the MASTER BEDROOM and a complete BATHROOM with bathtub.

The SECOND FLOOR, on the other hand, is entirely dedicated to the sleeping area, with 3 DOUBLE BEDROOMS, a SINGLE BEDROOM and a small service BATHROOM (only toilet and sink, no shower).

A huge and wonderful GARDEN surrounds the castle on all sides. You can walk, find perfect corners to relax, do yoga, read or simply enjoy the view.

An outdoor table and chairs will allow you to enjoy lunch or an aperitif outdoors while the sun sets over the Motor Valley.
