The completely renovated APARTMENT is located on the first floor (without a lift) of a quiet building in a residential area of Modena, less than a 10-minute drive from the historic center.

ENTRANCE is completely independent thanks to self check-in.

The LIVING AREA consists of a single large open space that includes a modern kitchen and the living room with a comfortable sofa bed (160x190cm) and a 50" smart TV, allowing you to relax in a unique and pleasant environment.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a meal at home: refrigerator, oven, 4-burner stove, microwave, dishwasher, pots and pans, dishes, and all the main kitchen utensils.

We have also prepared a coffee corner with a coffee machine with pods, tea and herbal teas.

The living area leads to the LARGE TERRACE, equipped with a table and chairs for outdoor dining and space to relax.

The two BEDROOMS are equipped with a double bed with a memory foam mattress (160x200cm) and a large wardrobe to store your personal items.

The modernly designed bathroom features a shower. We'll provide everything you need to travel light: a hairdryer, a set of towels including a bath towel, hand soap, shampoo, and body wash.
