The APARTMENT, completely renovated, is located on the first floor (with lift) of an elegant building in the heart of Modena, very easy to reach from the train station or by car.

The ENTRANCE is completely independent thanks to self check-in, and the lift will drop you off right in front of the door.

The LIVING AREA consists of a LIVING ROOM with a comfortable sofa bed (160x190cm) and a 50" smart TV, and a KITCHEN, fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a meal at home: fridge, oven, 4-burner hob, microwave, dishwasher, pots, crockery and all the main kitchen utensils.

We have also set up a coffee corner with a Nespresso coffee machine with pods and a kettle with tea and herbal teas.

The furnishings are designed to combine

comfort and style.

The living area leads to the bedroom and bathroom.

The BEDROOM has a double bed with memory foam mattress (160x200cm), 45" smart TV and an open wardrobe for storing your personal belongings.

The modern bathroom has a shower cubicle. We will provide everything you need to travel light: hairdryer, set of towels including a bath towel, hand soap, shampoo and shower gel.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES: Washer-dryer with detergent capsules, heating and air conditioning, Wi-Fi connection and free parking for the duration of your stay.

Bed linen and towels, supplied by a professional laundry service, are included.

- Entrance is completely autonomous thanks to self check-in. On the day of your arrival you will receive a link that you only have to click to open the door.

A 10-minute walk will take you to the train station.
